We All Need to Raise Our Vibration RIGHT NOW
Did you hear about the magic apple tree in Happy Valley that ensured each citizen an apple day? When one was picked, another one would reappear. One day, the bear cubs didn’t show up for their apple so Grams grabbed three apples for herself and to bring the other two to the cubs. Some other Care Bears and Care Cousins saw this and decided she knew something they didn’t know- the tree must be running out of apples. Soon mass hysteria flooded the village and everyone was ripping apples from the tree to make sure they got their share before the tree ran out, eventually killing the tree. Fear and greed led to a major devastation of a peaceful community.
I first saw pictures floating around social media of empty toilet paper shelves originating in Washington. I never thought that would become the reality of communities all across the United States. Because one community’s overreaction and the power of media and social media, others quickly followed suit just like the Care Bears and Care Cousins in Happy Valley. They must know something we don’t know. But sure enough, in my own state (with at one time no confirmed cases of coronavirus) toilet paper disappeared from our shelves, too. Now we are seeing people who actually need toilet paper having to go without. We are seeing elderly people and people with mobility disabilities traveling store to store in search of toilet paper having to leave empty handed.
Please know this:
Fear is low vibrating.
Panic is low vibrating.
Stress is low vibrating.
Greed is low vibrating.
Disease and infection are low vibrating.
Low vibrations do impact your energetic health, which trickles down to what you experience emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our world right now is full of fear, panic, and stress that disease and infection may affect us or people we love. Even if you’re not an empath, you are undoubtedly feeling the effects of this panicked collective energy on multiple levels of your being. Doing everything you can to protect yourself, even beyond washing your hands and distancing yourself from others, is of utmost importance. Maintaining a healthy vibration should always be a priority, unfortunately, we often don’t think about it until we experience low vibrating circumstances.
When you are high vibrating, it is more difficult for lower vibrating energy to affect you. But that barrier can be broken down if you are not actively working to maintain a healthy energetic vibration. How can you keep your vibration high?
How to Raise Your Vibration
Control the information you are consuming. Yes, it is OK to be informed and have an understanding of what is happening around you. But remember, most media are in the business of selling news. What’s the biggest trending topic right now? Coronavirus. Media outlets are working tirelessly to churn out as many stories about coronavirus as possible to increase viewership and traffic to their websites. Certainly it is their right to generate revenue for doing their jobs- just have an awareness that you don’t need to read every article on coronavirus, especially if it is heightening your level of stress and fear.
Nurture your body through rest, hydration, and healthy foods when possible. Getting run down is a surefire way to lower your vibration and increase your risk of falling ill.
Care for your mind through prayer and meditation. Give your worries to your spiritual source, ask for guidance, and focus on what you desire to see and experience, not on what you don’t want. Read and watch helpful and uplifting content. High vibrating activities and information feed your good vibes. Books like Vibe Higher give you several practical exercises to help you raise your vibration that you can do at anytime and anywhere.

One could argue caring for your vibration is the most humanitarian action you can take.
In the Care Bears episode, the community realized their mistake, but they did turn it into a positive. They worked together to create solutions and restore peace and confidence. There will be more effects of coronavirus beyond Covid-19 and a toilet paper shortage that remain yet to be seen, but it will be possible for us to come together and rebuild and that always begins on the individual level.
