Happy March! Now's the time we begin to crawl out of winter (maybe) and start thinking about summer. We spring clean to freshen up our homes and then also remind ourselves it will soon be flip flop and shorts weather (gasp!). I have a few items in my order this month to help me with all of the above. Check out my picks this month for emotional support, personal care, and household staples.
Grounding Essential Oil Blend | After several months away, this fabulous blend is back in stock! And it's a great time to be an Essential Rewards (ER) member because only ER members have access to it at this time. Grounding is a blend of White Fir, Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang, Pie, Cedarwood, Angelica, and Juniper essential oils. It can be used topically or aromatically to help with feelings of stability, clarity, and spirituality making it a great choice for your student on school days.
Life 9 | The best probiotic ever! I have tried others, and always come back to Life 9. It combines 17 billion live cultures from 9 strains of beneficial bacteria. It helps support gut health, healthy digestion, and normal intestinal function to support a healthy immune system*.
Master Formula | This is new for me! I came across information on the benefits of prebiotics, so I checked to see what Young Living had, and I found Master Formula. This multinutrient complex provides vitamins, minerals, and food-based nutrition to support overall health and well-being*. The capsules come in convenient sachets you can take with you on the go - super helpful since you want to be sure to have food in your stomach when you take them.
Peppermint-Cedarwood Bar Soap | I've recently begun exploring Young Living's bar soap options, and this one came highly recommended by one of my friends. It is such a refreshing bar and I'm finding my skin to not even be itchy, truly an accomplishment during winter in North Dakota! I am a big fan!
Thieves Fruit & Veggie Spray | I'm almost out so this is a repeat order. This spray is one of those game changes you didn't realize you needed in your life. After you wash your first apple or cucumber, you will never go back to cleaning your produce without first spraying with Thieves Fruit & Veggie Spray. Also, if you garden or use large amounts of produce at a time, consider checking out the Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak.
Thieves Household Cleaner 30ml - 10 Pack | This is a new item! Young Living revamped their starter kits a bit and now include sachets of their famous Thieves Household Cleaner. I love this cleaner so much, so I bought these sachets so I can easily share with other people. If you aren't using the household cleaner yet, email me at info@thejustbelifestyle.com, and I'll send you a sachet (while supplies last)!
Freebies: Lemon Vitality, Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend, and Thieves Dish Soap | Every month Young Living offers freebies depending on your order size. It's such a great way to either try something new or stock up on a favorite. This month I'm getting Lemon Vitality, Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend, and Thieves Dish Soap.
Lemon Vitality is labeled for dietary usage and can be added to food and beverages to enhance flavor. I love making a hot cup of tea or even just hot water and adding a few drops of Lemon Vitality to it in the morning. Lemon essential oil is loaded with the cyclic monoterpene limonene, making it an excellent companion to your daily regimen. I also have an awesome Lemon Cream Cheese Cookie recipe that is amaze-balls. Send me a message if you'd like the recipe!
Citrus Fresh is a blend of Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin, and Spearmint essential oils. It is super uplifting and promotes mental clarity. You can diffuse or even use topically, but be sure to avoid applying to skin that may be exposed to sunlight. You can also add this blend with your Thieves Household Cleaner for your own DIY glass and mirror cleaner!
From Young Living's Blog:
Glass and Mirror Cleaner
1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
5 drops Citrus Freshâ„¢ essential oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
3 cups water
Add all ingredients to a spray bottle and shake well to combine. To use, spray windows and glass surfaces liberally and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth.
Thieves Dish Soap is made with plant-derived ingredients so you don't have to worry about using toxic chemicals on the very items your family uses to eat and drink. I also love not worrying about putting harmful chemicals back into the environment just because I washed my dishes. Another bonus: it's effective, too!
