We are divine, energetic beings. As such, caring for our energy should be a top priority.
Deep spiritual practices, meditation, salt baths, a day of pampering, moon rituals, what have you...they all are very beneficial, but they don't always fit into the schedule.
I get that. Your time is valuable. You run from A to D to B to C on the regular. You have a full plate and at the end of the day, you're just plain worn out.
But lack of time doesn't have to hinder you from caring for your energy to feel more joy, excitement, motivation, and the like. So for you, here are six ways to raise your vibration when you don't have time.
Simple. Easy. Powerful. Quick.
Crank Up Your Favorite Tune
I know it sounds basic and you've probably even done it yourself, but it is worth mentioning because sometimes with all our busy-ness, we forget to do the simple things that make use feel good!
Crank up your favorite tune, the one that gets you excited and puts you in a good mood. And don't be afraid to belt out the lyrics. Singing also helps clear out your throat chakra which can help improve your communication and self-expression.
One of my favorite motivating tunes is Britney Spears' Work B*tch. It always makes me feel empowered and helps me get into work mode. One of my favorite lines from the song is:
Hold your head high, fingers to the sky
They gonna try to try ya, but they can't deny ya
Keep it building higher, and higher
Keep it building higher, and higher.
It's like calling in divine intervention to help you overcome obstacles and challenges thrown your way with confidence, grace, and ease. I just love it!
What's your jam when you need a pick-me-up?
Inhale Citrus Essential Oils
The aroma of citrus oils is proven to be a mood booster. Citrus oils include lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, lime, orange, and bergamot. And this technique takes barely anytime at all.
Simply open your bottle of citrus oil, hold it waist high and inhale and exhale as you gradually bring the bottle closer to your nose. Easy peasy.
Say This 10X

ffirmation from the energy healing modality Access Consciousness. I am an Access Bars practitioner where I learned this technique.
I have to tell you, by the time you get to the 5th or 6th repetition of this, you have an enthusiastic, powerful rhythm going for you. It absolutely shifts you to a positive mindset, raises your vibration, and signals the Universe you're ready to receive what you desire.
Say this ten times in the morning and ten times at night.
Brush It Off
This technique helps you to physically and energetically release non-beneficial energy affecting you. And it only takes about 10 seconds of your time, if that!
Begin with your right hand on your left shoulder and swipe diagonally down your body to your right hip. Repeat on the opposite side, with left hand and right shoulder swiping down diagonally to your left hip.
Next hold both arms out in front of you and swipe your right hand down your left arm starting at shoulder through your fingertips. Repeat on the opposite arm with your left hand swiping down your right arm from shoulder through fingertips. I like to shake out my hands when I'm done, too, as if I'm "air drying" them.
Switch words are powerful phrases that help activate your conscious and subconscious and shift your energy. They are especially helpful at times you feel stuck or need help with something that you wouldn't necessarily ask a person to help you with.
There are a variety of switch words that have different meanings and uses associated with them and can be used alone or combined to create a phrase.
A powerful phrase for you to begin with is together-divine. Together is the master switch word and activates your conscious and subconscious to work together. Divine is a switch word that helps activate miracles.
You can say switch words aloud or to yourself and you can say them when you're doing anything. Showering, cooking, working, getting ready for bed, you can do them anytime.
Repeating them a certain number of times can be helpful. There is no perfect or wrong number of times to say your switch word phrase. You can begin with saying together-divine ten times and increase or decrease as you feel necessary.
I know it sounds a little cheesy, but smiling is such a great way to raise your vibration in a pinch. And I know, there are times you don't feel like smiling, and I do encourage you to acknowledge and honor those emotions. However, smiling when you need a little pick-me-up can be very helpful for raising your vibration.
You can smile when you're doing tasks you don't necessarily love. And you can try this: find a mirror or open the camera on your phone and smile at yourself like you would if greeting a friend or someone you adore. Feel free to even compliment yourself, like it's great to see you, you're awesome!
If you haven't done self-talk in a mirror or camera before, it might feel a little silly at first. Just remember that you are activating a higher vibrating energy whenever you do this. It will get easier in time and you'll definitely appreciate the benefits you experience when you do so.
