Your Appointment with Just Be: What to Expect

Whether you're thinking about booking an appointment or you already have, here's what you can expect before, during, and after your appointment with Just Be.
Just Be offers a variety of energy healing services for people, animals, and homes. Appointments are available via Zoom, phone, and email. Energy does not know space and time like we do, distance appointments can be just as effective as in-person. Your session could include a variety of healing techniques such as pendulum dowsing, Reiki, EFT tapping, and meditation. Energy healing can be used to address anything in your life. Energy healing is for everyone, but people who have never had it before might feel hesitant to give it a try. Even though energy healing isn't often widely discussed, people experience real, positive results. For most people after their first session, they wonder why they waited so long to have an energy healing experience.
If you've had energy healing before, but it has been awhile since your last experience, you would benefit from another session. Energy healing appointments certainly do not need to happen for you everyday, however, periodic "check-ups" are recommended and very helpful.
Before Your Appointment
Think about what you would like to work on. Is it emotional, physical, behavioral, career, home, relationships, bad habits, past experiences, or something else? If you need some ideas, check out this list. If you are unsure or feel there are many things you'd like to work on, I will ask your energy guide us to our starting point. Your Zoom oy phone session will be approximately 50 minutes. We will cover as much as we can in that time frame. For email appointments, I will complete your session within 24 hours of booking and send you a recap of your appointment.
I use a variety of pendulum dowsing techniques to assist my clients in reaching their goals and achieving a desired outcome. A pendulum works by asking yes or no questions to find answers we need and by spinning clockwise or counterclockwise to shift energy to the most appropriate or beneficial frequency. I can actually measure the frequency of the issue we are working on before and after the shift using the pendulum. Measuring frequency helps us determine if the issue is at, above, or below the ideal frequency. While many sessions do result in achieving an ideal frequency, some do not as I will only shift to an appropriate level that you will be able to handle comfortably.
During the Appointment
All sessions are private. I do not share your information with others, unless permission is granted with a written testimonial. We will set an intention for your session of what you want to work on or improve. Each session is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I hold a safe and compassionate space for you and your experience. Some things may come up that you'll find very eye-opening or something may come up that doesn't make much sense. A lot of times we know the "symptoms" (difficulty moving forward, repeating the same patterns, lack of abundance, etc.) we are experiencing, but we cannot see or do not know the cause. These things may come up during your appointment.
You may feel a shift, and you may not. Not everyone does. People who physically notice a shift taking place might feel like they are in a boat on water, a heaviness throughout their body, a tingling in their stomach, a lump in their throat, or they might feel very emotional. These feelings are only temporary as the shift is taking place during the session and last only a few seconds. The reason for these feelings is we are clearing out non-beneficial energy that is no longer serving you in a positive manner. Again, not everyone feels a shift. For Zoom and phone appointments, I recommend you have a bottle of water nearby if you should get thirsty.
After the Appointment
You could feel a number of things. You might feel energized or you might be looking forward to bedtime already. You might feel joyful or you might find yourself more easily annoyed. Everyone is different. It's more helpful to pay attention to how you feel over the next few days after your appointment than on that evening. If we worked on your home, office or other building, pay attention to how the space feels when you enter and how other people and/or animals are acting or behaving in that space.
