Non-Beneficial Frequencies: We All Have 'Em

Everything is energy and energy is everything. Energy is measured by frequency, and everything has an ideal frequency. When it is vibrating at its ideal frequency it is healthy and functioning properly. When not, it is unhealthy and functioning improperly. When people are not at the ideal frequency, we experience things like emotional and physical issues, challenges, and struggles. The same principle applies to everything else, like nature, homes, schools, businesses, even furniture. Everything! Energy healing is essential to achieving ideal frequency.
The pendulum is a famous and effective energy healing tool to measure and adjust frequency. Using a pendulum and chart, an energy healer can identify the current and ideal frequency of anything. Once these are determined, the energy healer can neutralize the non-beneficial frequencies, then adjust to the appropriate frequency for the person, place, or thing. It is a very quick, non-invasive process.
I have seen this concept illustrated through comparison to radio stations. The radio station is on a frequency and when you travel out of range, the station becomes static and fuzzy, so you simply search for a different frequency (radio station) that is coming in clear. When our frequencies, and those in our homes, businesses, etc., become “static” and “fuzzy”, it’s time to make an adjustment.
Finding the Ideal Frequency
Once the non-beneficial frequencies are neutralized, it’s important to determine which beneficial frequency to tune in to. Here are common frequencies:

Maintaining Ideal Frequency
How long the frequency adjustment lasts has many variables to consider. Time, environment, and behaviors all have an impact. First, if the person, place, or thing receiving the adjustment has been experiencing non-beneficial frequencies for an extended period of time, it may take more than one adjustment to experience a lasting effect. It’s a good idea to check in within a few days of the adjustment to determine the current frequency and adjust as needed. After that, it is appropriate to check in weekly, monthly, or every few months. Using the pendulum, you or your energy healer can even ask when the next adjustment should take place.
Our environment also plays a critical role. The people and places we surround ourselves with all have their own frequencies, and lower vibrating frequencies can eventually lead to lowering our own vibrations. Energy healer Raymon Grace suggests that schools, hospitals, and bars are places with the lowest vibrating frequencies. If these are places you or the people you associate with visit often, it is only natural that over time your frequency will also be affected. Our homes can also affect us. Are you the first person to live there or did others live there before you? Their energies could still be in the home and that can affect you. If you enjoy antiques, garage sales, or buying items from other people, you need to be aware the energy these items carry can potentially negatively affect your energy. The good news is all these items can be cleared of their non-beneficial energy.
Behavior is also a key factor. What we eat, read, watch, and do are very important. Nourishing ourselves with healthy, vibrant foods versus unhealthy foods and beverages will help us maintain our ideal frequency much longer. Reading and watching things of value instead of nonsense or things that irritate us is helpful. Leading an active lifestyle and getting plenty of rest also supports ideal frequency maintenance.
When you have your non-beneficial frequencies cleared and adjusted to the ideal frequency, you will notice a positive difference in your experiences and with how you think and feel. Being aware of this, it will be easier to know when it is time to have another adjustment. And if you’re really on top of things, you’ll know it is time for an adjustment before it becomes urgent.
Non-beneficial frequencies can leave us not feeling so great. We might experience challenges or struggles with relationships, finances, career, and even with ourselves. We can feel stressed, worn out, emotionally drained, and even physically depleted. Nothing and no one are immune from non-beneficial frequencies. Fortunately, we can do something about it with pendulum dowsing.
