Most people know pendulum dowsing can be used to help clear and shift energy for people, animals, places, and things, but did you know it can also be used as a communication tool? A pendulum can be used to communicate with your body to see what it needs.
I have always known my body works differently than others. I get sick when I drink a glass of orange juice (boo), perfume smells differently on me, and I often have different experiences with products than other people. I know this isn't unique to me either. Clearly all our bodies are different, so it makes sense to me that our bodies would need different things for it to work the way we want it to.
I have been struggling with my weight for the past couple years, so I decided it was time to start looking at diets. There are a lot out there, but what I find problematic is the assumption that diets are one-size fits all, and I totally disagree with that. All our bodies are different, and all our bodies have different needs.
One of the most intriguing diets I have seen is the Blood Type Diet. When I looked at this, I could see some blood types should have lots of meat and some shouldn't. Some can have dairy and some can't. I was disappointed to see that all the foods I love were on the bad list for my blood type (hmmm...I wonder why I am experiencing weight issues).
Another thing I saw in the Blood Type Diet was that the foods that are good for me actually reflected the type of diet I enjoyed as a kid: mostly vegetables and fruit with minimal meat. This was very eye opening for me as I realized I ate what I needed as a child, but what I am eating now is probably a result of social conditioning.
I don't strictly follow the Blood Type Diet, but over the past couple months, I have been working on a mostly meatless and dairy free diet. This is new to me, so I struggle a bit with meal planning, eating out, and social gatherings. Before going to a restaurant, I will find a menu and go through it with my pendulum to identify which item(s) I can order.
Just today I was feeling at a loss for what to have for dinner, so I used my pendulum to ask which foods I should focus on this week and which foods I should avoid. I have been doing the menu trick for quite some time, but WHY have I waited so long to use my pendulum to make my grocery list???? I feel like I have just made a monumental discovery! This is going to save me time and help me to be more prepared so I don't end up spoiling my diet because I don't know what to eat. And if you're wondering, here is what I discovered:
On my foods to focus on this week: squash, carrots, potatoes, grapes, popcorn (yasssss!), and millet.
On my foods to avoid this week: All meat including eggs, all dairy, and tomatoes.
You can use pendulum dowsing to ask your body tons of questions like what kind of exercise does it need or which essential oils should you diffuse today or why are you feeling unmotivated. The possibilities are endless.
