Seasonal Stress Relief

The change in weather and the hustle and bustle of the holiday season can be super stressful. Take a moment for yourself to relax and release tension to re-center and re-focus in this group healing opportunity. In this 30-minute relaxation event, you will:

• Receive a calming aromatherapy swatch*
• Experience a peaceful, guided meditation
• Receive energy healing to release stress and tension
• Receive energy healing to experience peace, calm, joy, and love

You can attend in-person at your chosen start time or online. Participants who register for in-person will also have access to the online private Facebook group. In-person space is limited, so your spot must be reserved in advance.

Online Seasonal Stress Relief option opens November 24th, and I will go Live in the group at 8pm November 25th. The group will remain open for you to access at your convenience.
