My September Young Living Picks

young living essential rewards order

As an Essential Rewards member, I place an order with Young Living at least once a month. (You can order from Young Living without ordering each month, too! Click here for more info.) Each order I usually stock up on some of my favorites and also try something new. Young Living has so much to offer from essential oils to makeup to supplements to animal care and so on. So here's what's in my order this month.

Peppermint | I almost always carry a bottle of Peppermint with me and am simply ordering this month to ensure I have enough on hand. This oil was Young Living's 3rd best selling oil in 2016. It can be used in so many ways. Try diluting and rubbing onto your stomach after a big meal or back of your neck to feel cool and refreshed. Peppermint is also super delicious when you add a few drops to your brownie mixture before baking. You can also experiment diffusing this one with other oils like Lemon and/or Lavender. This is one of the oils I add to my daily shot of NingXia Red. There are just so many ways to use!

Savvy Minerals Foundation in Cool No 2 | I'm finally getting my Savvy Minerals foundation from the new, clean makeup line Young Living introduced this summer. I have been using mineral powder for many years and am absolutely thrilled Young Living has come out with their own! The foundation comes in several shades for cool, warm and dark skin tones. Click here to see which shade would work best for you.

Peace & Calming | I'm getting this family favorite to add to the stock pile. My son diffuses this oil almost every night, and I use it when I cannot turn off my mind at bedtime. You can also enjoy the benefits of this blend during the day, too. Until just a couple days ago, members were limited to one bottle of this liquid gold a month (now you can get 3!) because supply constraints over the last couple of years left it out of stock for months. (Another reason I love Young compromise on quality just to sell a product.) Now that it has been back in stock, I make sure to get mine each month just in case we experience a shortage again. We love it THAT much!! Super B | This will be my first time ever getting this supplement. During a recent energy dowsing session (learn more about my energy work here), I learned I may benefit from Niacin, which is Vitamin B3. So lucky for me, Young Living has Super B containing eight B Vitamins. I can't wait to get started with this. Northern Lights Black Spruce | While the shortage of Peace & Calming forced us to use it wisely, it was also a great opportunity to explore other options and find new favorites. One of those was Northern Lights Black Spruce. This one smells so wonderful when it's diffused, and is so calming and centering. It comes from Young Living's very own farm in British Columbia, Canada. You can learn more about it here.

Thieves Fresh Essence Mouthwash | Can you have a favorite mouthwash? I do! And it's Thieves. I absolutely love it. It makes my mouth feel fresh, and I swear my teeth look brighter after I rinse. Typical mouthwash can contain many concerning chemicals, however, Thieves mouthwash is alcohol-free, dye-free, and is naturally flavored with essential oils.
